We are looking for a Lead Engineer to strengthen our R&D team.

Job Description: Lead Engineer / Konstruktionsledare

Your contribution to our success:
You will have the overall responsibility to identify and implement the technical requirements of our customers. In that position you will:
- Lead the system integration process and in this role be the interface between customers, and the R&D team.
- Develop ideas which take our objective for product excellence to the next level
- Lead the hardware development with internal and external parties
- Be the technical interface for internal teams as sales, marketing and service.
- Develop solutions compliant with the medical device standards
- Transform the customer requirements into clinical solutions, which give the customer the C-RAD product experience
Your profile:
- Engineering degree with background in hardware, i.e. electrical or mechanical
- Interest to connect cutting edge technology with clinical applications
- Experience in system integration, software and hardware
- Experience in standards for medical devices
- Experience in optical measurement techniques (optional)
- Presentation skills
- Fluent in English and Swedish (optional)
- Team Player
