The role:
This job will be perfect for a Swedish speaking person who is already a Lead Generator OR a customer service professional who is looking to move into a junior sales role.
As a lead generator you will be using online chat, email and inbound calls to identify new customers for the Swedish team.

The person:
The successful applicant will preferably have previous Customer Service/Sales Support experience and will possess an excellent telephone manner and communication skills.

In addition;
Excellent verbal and written skills in both Swedish and English
Strong organizational skills - must be able to multi-task
Internet savvy and a proficient knowledge of MS Office programs
Must be willing to work some bank holidays
Degree required or 3+ years equivalent and relevant commercial experience

Salary/Benefits:
Basic Salary between 18,000 and 21,000
Commission circa 5,000
