What is the job about?
Grundfos is seeking a Lead HR Business Partner who will work as a trusted business partner and be responsible for HR activities for our Industry division in a global context, but with a special focus on the IMEA region.
As the Lead HR Business Partner, you will ensure that business plans are translated into HR plans and support activities regarding the human capital of the performance unit with an impact on regional level across Americas. You will be the custodian of Grundfos values in the area.
Preferably you are based in the Malmö area. Relocation for this position cannot be supported and qualified candidates must be able to achieve authorization to work in Sweden without support.
Your main responsibilities:
Spar with management team on all HR issues.
Accountable for area/local HR plan in close collaboration with unit management and global/regional HR BP – deploy plan in own area.
Support organizational change (and design) activities – ensure fit towards Grundfos design principles and business strategies.
Accountable for annual HR processes (organizational reviews, Employee Motivation Survey, performance management, succession management, talent management).
Ensuring that the Grundfos values are reflected/integrated in all management decisions and HR Plans in the area.
Responsible for escalation of business needs and issues to global/regional HR BP.
Support and coordinate the development of new global approaches initiated from the Centers of Excellence – deploy in own area.

Your background
The key to this HR business partner role is to ensure business-oriented partnering through your comprehensive business and HR insight, interpersonal skills and your ability to build trusting relationships. As such, you also have strong influencing and coaching skills. By challenging, advising and collaborating with managers, you ensure an increased people and organizational performance in the area. To facilitate this, you have:
A Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education.
Comprehensive HR specialist experience
HRBP experience supporting a commercial/sales team
Possess industry experience within a business environment; experience working in a large manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
Solid knowledge of commercial activity.
Good communication and influencing skills
The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders
The ability to travel within the Americas and globally.
