This is an opportunity to be part of the Polestar journey and be responsible for the whole retail sales funnel, Polestar Space performance, including planning and execution of local financial service offers.

The key responsibilities of this role sit across Sales, Customer Experience and Operations and will maintain both the direct sales operations and operational performance together with our Polestar sites. This role will be reporting to the Head of Sales in the Swedish market, and is located at our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden.

What you’ll do

The focus of this role is management, reporting and optimization of the local Sales Funnel performance in the market, by frequently liaising with the Sales team in the Swedish market. In this role, you will own the delivery of the Polestar experience to both B2B and B2C within our retail channels. In addition, you will be responsible for the performance in the market including follow up on test drives, cooperation execution within our Polestar Space’s, setting local financial service operations, Lead Management/Inside sales and supporting customer purchases and retention to secure we reach our local sales targets.

For example, you will:

- Manage and report the local Sales Funnel performance, achieving weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales conversions targets within Retail customer sales
- Lead, manage and support a team of local Inside sales team responsible for direct customer interaction across the lead journey
- Proactively drive actions to improve our lead and test drive conversion rates
- Executing the global lead management standards
- Manage our Space performance through Operational KPI reporting and monitoring
- Work with Space partners in weekly and monthly activation planning and performance
- Working together with Polestar HQ leads to manage the local delivery and effectiveness of finance products and services as well as coordinating local finance partners to support, optimize and improve financial services and products




Who you are

Passionate about cars and customers, you are structured and efficient with excellent communication skills. You are a proven project leader, with the ability to lead and inspire.

Additionally, we are looking for you with:

- Experience within Sales & Operations management, particularly within the automotive industry or in the retail industry
- At least five years working experience, with an understanding of customer needs
- Sales funnel experience, preferably with premium brands
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and written skills. Other languages are meritorious
- Driver’s license B
