Do you have previous work experience of Leasing, Financial Controlling and Accounting? Are you a business-oriented person with strong analytical mindset? Great! We are looking for a Leasing Controller to our head office located in Gothenburg!

Your role in our team.  You are part of our Global Sales department and the Store Portfolio & Leasing team who lead the store portfolio management for Lindex Group.  In your role you handle the rental budget, the CAPEX assembly and provide bases for analyses, follow ups and reports within the area of the team responsibilities. You report on performance, KPI:s and work with process- and business development. The role also has an administrative responsibility for lease agreements, Lindex rental data base incl. collaboration with Lindex accountant team on rental payments, plans & processes, monthly/yearly closings as well as internal and external reporting.

Here are some more examples of what’s included: supporting your management with bases for analysis, budget and capex, contact with landlords, authorities and our country leasing organizations. You also support colleagues in the organization when it comes to different leasing related questions and participate in internal projects and cross functional teams.  

This is a temporary position, approximately 15-18 months

University degree within Accounting/Finance or equivalent
Previous work experience within Leasing
Good knowledge of accounting principles and analytical ability
Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Excellent level of Excel (important)
Meritorious: work experience from company within retail and experience from Microsoft Dynamics and Tagetik
