A career within Tax & Legal services will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients to address and manage their legal affairs. You’ll advise clients on their local and overseas legal affairs.


Our legal team provides qualified work and consultancy in business reorganisations and M&A transactions with companies throughout the country as customers. Right now we are searching for advisors focusing on corporate law, M&A or labour law.


In this position you will be able to work closely with colleagues not only with legal experience, but with auditors, tax specialists and other professionals within our company to meet our customers needs.What we offer

Responsibilities
As Legal Advisor, you’ll work in teams, helping our clients to succeed and solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Preferred skills
To succeed in the role you have:


A minimum of 3 years experience working with corporate and/or M&A and/or labour law from an audit firm or a business law firm.  
A master's degree in Law. 
Genuine interest in consulting and a good analytical ability. 
Master Swedish and English both verbally and in writing.
