For the legal team in our Pan European headquarters we are looking for a Legal Associate to join our team of highly motivated international Lawyers, dealing with a variety of interesting Legal issues on different levels. The legal associate will be mainly supporting our Lead Counsel for the Nordic countries in Europe and therefore a Scandinavian Law degree has our preference.

Main Tasks
Assisting in the provision of legal advice to the business, supporting other Legal Group members, ensuring compliance with relevant laws & regulations, together with National Sales Organisations (NSO) & company internal policies.

Assisting with a variety of legal caseloads & tasks, generally under supervision, which may include a variety of contracts, marketing issues (including advertising & promotions), competition law issues, general IP law issues, litigation, and others as required from time to time;

Participate in pan European legal working groups & assist the company in relation to local or pan European issues as required from time to time.

Decisions are made under the supervision of the relevant Department Manager &/or General Counsel, & where appropriate more senior legal counsel within the Legal Group;

Requirements
.Law degree, preferably Danish law, or Swedish or Norwegian law.
.Appropriate postgraduate EU legal qualification is a strong preference;
.Preferably native Danish speaker, or native Swedish or Norwegian speaker;
.In addition to relevant local language(s), proficiency in English at working level required; where English is local language, proficiency in 2nd European language preferred;
.Evidence of continuing expansion of technical & company knowledge, skills & competencies will be expected.
