The position
We are looking for a Legal Counsel for our Nordic team of our EU Legal Team. Depending on actual business requirements travel within Europe and abroad will be required from time to time. The position is placed in Stockholm, Sweden.
The job requires experience of following:
· Review, negotiation, drafting and providing legal advice on commercial IT outsourcing contracts. The contracts also include Master Services Agreements
· Different Kinds of Software Licensing Agreements
· Non-Disclosure Agreements
· Statement of Work
· MOU
· Data Protection Agreements including GDPR
TCS experience/knowledge is a merit.
