• Independently plan and execute technical service and support, remote and on customer sites, serving as a trusted advisor
• Install new instrumentation
• Deliver product demonstrations, training, and technical advice to customers
• Perform preventative maintenance work
• Deliver emergency break down services, driving maximal up-time
• Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Timely completion of documentation, including service reports and IQOQ documentation
• Document and report recurring technical issues to support product quality and development
• Develop action plans for escalations and ensure acceptance from the customer
• Collaborate with internal partners to resolve customer issues and improve processes
• Actively seek to maintain expert understanding of the technology and applications within the area of responsibility
• Develop knowledge about the product portfolio to conservatively identify sales opportunities

Your profile
• You hold an academic degree in a Life Science or Engineering discipline
• You have already acquired some technical experience with Life Science laboratory systems from previous experience
• A proactive and creative problem solver with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical queries
• A customer orientated individual, who enjoys supporting customers’ technical challenges and concerns
• An excellent communicator in English, preferably also in Swedish and/or Danish, also when stakes are high
• You work reliably under time pressure, in fast-paced and agile environments
• You hold a driver’s license and accept that frequent travel up to 75-100% can be part of the work
