Live Work Elimination Program Manager to Mining and Rock Excavation Service (MRS) Epiroc

The division Mining and Rock Excavation Service provides a broad range of services with the aim of maximizing customers’ productivity. We focus on spare parts supply, professional service, support solutions and training. The divisional headquarters are located in Örebro, Sweden, and the distribution centers are located in China, Sweden and the United States.

The Mission of the Live Works Elimination Manager is to play a pivotal role in the development and delivery of the Epiroc Road Map and Program for Live Work Elimination.
This position will report to Mining and Rock Excavation Service President.

Specifics
The successful candidate will develop the cross-divisional program definition and lead the collaboration, roll-out, analysis and follow-up efforts. Providing a high emphasis on support and company-wide transparency to our teams in our Customer Centers, and at a strategic level with key Epiroc customers is a key deliverable.

The Live Work Elimination program manager will be working closely with our major functional areas including R&D, Sourcing, Production, Marketing, SHEQ and MRS aftermarket support.
* Develop the LWE Road Map for Epiroc
* Incorporate the top 10 customers in this project
* Development and Standardization of the Epiroc LWE process
* Promoting the integration of LWE Process with Epiroc Standard Processes within CPI, NPD and the like.
* Development and Management of the dashboard KPI for LWE Project
* Support the R&D team development in MRS
* Support the Sourcing, Production, and Marketing team development
* High performance coordination with all stakeholders across Epiroc
* Facilitate LWE transparency and real time information availability for all Epiroc parties

Experience requirements
* MRS Customer Center experience
* R&D experience
* Continuous Product & Process Improvement experience in an operational environment
* Experience managing and developing high performance teams
* Experience in equipment reliability
* High level Customer engagement experience


Knowledge
* After Market Experience
* Capital experience in different business lines
* SHEQ Experience will be a plus
* Contemporary Change Management
* Excellent computer skills
* Fluent in English, other languages will be a plus


Educational requirements
* Engineering Degree will be advantageous
* Master degree will be a plus

Location and travel
