Local IS Manager

Reporting to the Global RA Head of IS, you will be a key member of the global Robotics IS Leadership team and single point of contact for the Swedish business to ensure end-to-end IS services. You will partner with the Robotics Business Lines to shape and deliver a portfolio of IS solutions and services that are aligned with the Business Lines strategy and differentiate Business Line’s offering. Driving innovation into the portfolio through leveraging emerging technologies, automation, optimizing cost and improving the ways of working. In the role you will manage the local Robotics IS team in Sweden and ensure IS services delivery for approx. 1100 employees. You will also collaborate with IS teams in other Business Areas, on Country and Global level to optimize value for the business, identify and leverage demand synergies, minimize spend and optimize investments.
Your responsibilities
Partner with the Robotics Business Lines to shape and deliver a portfolio of IS solutions and services that are aligned with the Business Lines strategy and differentiate Business Line’s offering.
Drive innovation into the portfolio through leveraging emerging technologies, automation, optimizing cost and improving the ways of working.
Gather, shape and prioritize new business demand within the area of responsibility and challenge the requests to ensure all investments are in line with overall Robotics Business and IS priorities.
Act as key member of the Robotics IS Leadership team and single point of contact for local business to ensure end-to-end IS services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with local management, provide clear accountability and pragmatic solutions to the Business Line and Functional stakeholders.
Lead a team of 10 internal and external IS Specialists in Sweden and ensure IS services delivery. The local Robotics IS team is responsible for managing specific local and global IS applications and delivering local IS infrastructure solutions and services.
Collaborate with Country and Global IS teams e.g. managing high severity incidents escalations and raising core IS service improvement proposals.

Your background
Master’s degree in related field with 10+ Business and IT experience in IS solution / service design and delivery and IS infrastructure; including 5+ years of global Business or IS management/leadership experience.
Experience from the automation industry is merited.
Business acumen and ability to take strategic view from both business and IS perspective.
Proven performance as a leader in a complex, global organization, where IT transformation efforts were successfully delivered.
Driving improvement in business outcome, reliability, security, cost and performance.
Senior leadership experience, including demonstrated examples of building relationships and management through influence and collaboration in complex, multi-cultural global environment.
Significant experience successfully leading geographically dispersed and diverse teams.
