We are looking for a Logistic Coordinator for an international company in Gothenburg. Start in October!

What we offer
You will work in a unit responsible for the global aftermarket business, development and distribution of genuine parts, service- and repair methods and accessories. The company's ambition is to be the most desired provider of parts, accessories and service to their dealers and customers and thereby contribute to creating the most exciting car experience for the customer.

The logistics function Parts Supply & Logistics within the team is responsible for the procurement, storage and distribution of spare parts and accessories to the company's customers throughout the world. This includes operational control of all copany-owned parts inventory, warehouse management and transportation, as well as the long-term development of the global logistics process.
You will be a part of a team in the development of the company's processes to be able to meet future needed improvements and challenges. A great start to understand and learn about the company's customer needs and the total Supply Chain process.

Your key tasks
You are responsible for the support and co-ordination of distribution queries from National Sales Companies (NSC), Importers, Suppliers and other Specific Customers globally

You will process orders via the distribution system PULS (Parts Universal Logistic System), handle warehouse including monthly accruals. You will also be responsible for management and follow-up of discrepancies as well as co-ordination and order handling of launch activities and campaigns.

You will also work cross functional with Transport, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, Inventory Management and other internal departments.

You and your skills
You have a university degree within logistics and preferably some experience within supply chain.
You are fluent in both Swedish and English (spoken and written).

It is important that you have the ability to work under pressure and take pride in always delivering on time. You are positive, engaged and have a desire to motivate others. Competence and experience are important but personality is key.

This is a fulltime consultant position through Incluso in Gothenburg, 1 year contract to begin with. Start is in October!
