Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.

OLX is a global strategic development function for all Inhouse logistic flows & processes within P&L, with the mission to:

Manage and/or coordinate projects and assignments in accordance with overall goals and strategies

Lead global development and support local implementation

Align and harmonize processes and methods

Act as a knowledge center and reference for other organizations within P&LThere is an ongoing need for enhancing the speed for digital solutions for both local & global needs within the inhouse logistics operations in order to streamline the processes. It is of great importance that we try to coordinate these activities globally in order to optimize and utilize recourses in the best way. We expect the candidate for this job to take a lead in many of these activities.

Your work tasks


• lead and run smaller or larger logistic and/or digitalization projects


• lead and drive technical solutions for logistical and digital challenges


• be part of initiating strategies, assignments and changes required for future needs


• be involved in setting requirements for new IT and digital solutions

 

Your profile

To succeed in the assignment, you have extensive knowledge and experience of production or logistics, a good understanding of lean principles and a great interest in efficient flows. Since a large part of our assignments are run in project form, it is required that you have good leadership qualities, that you have a very good ability to work together with others and that you enjoy cross-functional work.

We expect to see that you can work completely independently, but that you also appreciate working in both larger and smaller groups. Of course, you have to be driven and solution-oriented, but at the same time both structured and analytical. In order to be able to achieve full effect in your assignments, you should also be outgoing and educational and have the ability to arouse commitment and trust.

You have at least a university / M.Sc. degree, preferably with a logistics and/or IT/data focus. We think that you have a very good experience, knowledge and understanding of digital solutions. As our assignment is partly global, good knowledge of English in both speech and writing is required.
