Logistics Manager

Swedspan as part of the Swedwood group in Hultsfred is expanding it s activities by construction of a furniture-plant.This projekt is up and running since some months and start of production is planned for May 2008.The furniture-plant will set a new standard in furniture-production with a very high degree of automatization and integration.After the expansion Swedspan will employ some 260 coworkers and have a consolidated turnover of + 1000 MSEK.We are now looking for a person that will take the responsibility for the development of the logistics at Swedspan.The goods-flow consists of warehouse deliveries of building products to the constructionmaterial market, customer-order deliveries to industry and DD flow of wardrobes to Nothern Europe.The Logistics manager reports to the Managing Director of Swedspan and is a member of the management team.The candidate has an academic degree in Logistics or Business adminstration.
