In March 2005 Entific Medical Systems AB was acquired by Cochlear Ltd of Australia, the world leader in cochlear implants.This has contributed to a highly enlarged sales organisation and will further strengthen the organisation.Entific has become Cochlear Bone Anchored Solutions AB in October 2006.Read more on website: www.cochlear.com The turnover for the total Cochlear group is 2,4 Billion SEK and the organisation currently employs approx.1100 people.The purpose of your role will be to lead and manage the Logistics Group in Göteborg to ensure that we adequately recognise customer demand for product and execute short and long term plans to deliver in full and on time, every time and within budget.Your main tasks will be: - Manage and develop global Sales and Operations Planning process - Ensure product demand planning (finished goods, sub assemblies, components and raw materials) is adequately performed to satisfy sales, manufacturing and service needs - Ensure supply chain execution delivers product to customers in full on time, with shortest possible cycle time - Ensure warehousing and logistics processes and practices are appropriate to satisfy business and customer needs - Ensure regulatory and quality requirements of the business are met in logistics and supply chain practices - Ensure that logistics data in the ERP systems are adequate and updated for the business needs - Work closely with Manufacturing Process Development Manager to ensure product supply plans are adequately prepared and that supply chain capacity is available to deliver product for launch updating of item master within data systems - Ensure that personnel are suitably qualified, experienced and trained to perform their tasks effectively and safely.You have at least 5 years experience in a people management role.You are also experienced in continuous improvement/change management.You are interested in working with long-term perspective in addressing customers' problems and you are looking for long-term benefit to the customer.VÄlkommen med din ansökan senast den 11 februari på www.proffice.se.
