Logistics operation coordinator

Background

We are looking for a logistic coordinator within the supply chain area the assignment therefore includes booking transports, booking and handle orders from warehouse, handle orders directly from our supplier, work in internal freight control systems to validate prices of shipments, case handling system administration

Project start is asap and the end of the project is 13/9-2021 and the location is in Älmhult.

A day at work will look like:
-Build and maintain effective networks
-Working in a collaborative functional organization within global locations
-Adapts communications style to adress
-Secure efficient interactions between the company Users, suppliers and carriers.
-Ensure transport bookings are made in time and that goods is being picked up in time.
-Contribute to the continual improvement logistic operations and help identify opportunities for sharing and collaboration.

About you:
-Have a passion for service and always give the best support possible
-Have strong administration skills with interest in new digital solutions
-Multi-language capability (advantage)
-Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
