Logistics, Pricing and Accounting Controller – Amgen Nordic & Baltic region
We are currently looking for a full time Logistics, Pricing, and accounting controller for a 12 months temporary consultant assignment through Incluso (with possibility for extension). The initial time allocation will be 50% Logistics and Pricing, 50% accounting related support. Start date is as soon as possible.
The role:
This position will be part of the Sales Marketing Effectiveness (SME) team that encompasses Business support, Logistic and Pricing, and accounting. SME is part of the Finance department (around 10 people).
Your role will be to ensure supply of Amgen products in the assigned Nordic countries and monitor the stocks to ensure that every patient is able to receive its treatment in time. Together with rebates and sales, you will support accounting department in cash flow forecasts, audit, and daily inputs.
Responsibilities:
Logistics and pricing: In short, you will make sure that medicines are available to patients in Nordic & Baltic.
Accounting: You will support the team with audit, internal controls, and daily operations.
Among the included tasks:
Order process to Nordic & Baltics wholesalers, follow up of prices and contracts negotiations
Verification of rebate payment to customers, as well as stock valuations change
Provide local knowledge of supply and ensure unit forecasting excellence
Support product launch working cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders impacted
Manage rebates and accruals follow up, forecast cash flows
Support daily accounting activities related to US GAAP and provide balance sheet insights
Support the team on audits and internal controls

Logistics & Pricing Nordic & Baltic
Quality Nordic & Baltic
Safety Nordic & Baltic
Business Planning, Pricing (based in Portugal)
Demand planning (based in the Netherlands)
Customer Service (based in the Netherlands)
Customer Finance (based in Romania)
Assigned Nordic & Baltic Wholesalers (1-3 per country)

Requested profile:
The ideal candidate has a background/previous experience within supply, logistics or pricing. Other profile within accounting, sales support, economy, finance, or engineering are welcome.
We are looking for the right person to take the challenge. Our future team member should have a genuine interest in learning how to use new systems and manage complexity with an organized and pragmatic approach.
Good Excel skills are required (Pivot tables, and table functions such VLOOKUP, MATCH, INDEX). The recruitment process includes a basic knowledge check.
Excellent English (both written and verbal) is essential as the company language is English. Decent knowledge in any Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or Finnish), is considered as a plus.

This is a full-time consultancy position through Incluso, 12 months temporary assignment (with possibility for extension). Starting date is ASAP. Remote work is possible so you can live anywhere in Sweden.
