Arbetsuppgifter:

In this role you are responsible of handling deliveries and similar inquiries. You are expected to have a service minded approach to handling customer complaints concerning prices and discounts. The role also includes organizing returns from customers back to warehouse and to maintain orders in SAP. Furthermore the role includes registering and allocating orders in SAP and keeping track of shelf life combined with optimizing the deliveries.

Profil:

• Working experience: 2-3 working experience within logistics/ supply chain
• System requirements: MS Word and system within logistics
• Language requirements: Swedish and English professional fluency both verbally and in writing
• Meritorious: Competency within SAP, understanding of Danish

To be successful in this role you have strong problem solving skills, are able to take own initiatives and are a team player. You are flexible and are motivated by working in a fast-paced environment where organizational changes can happen frequently. It is natural for you to work in an international environment as you understand and appreciate cultural differences.
The right candidate combines the above with an excessive mind for service and great detail-orientation that takes pride in good customer experience.
