JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be supporting the Vice President of Global Software Engineering building a close working-relationship with other members of the global leadership team, and their PA's, external customers and partners, alongside company employees. You will be the Vice President's "go to" focal point and help out with a wide variety of tasks, including helping understanding of the Swedish society and creation of local network within the company. No days will look the same in this role as you will be asked to find answers to questions, solving issues and operate at different organization levels both internally and externally.

Your job involves:
- Manage the ever changing schedules, extensive meeting planning, correspondence and executive global visits
- Creating itineraries and arranging extensive travel
- Interface with Senior Directors with responsibility for the timely preparation and delivery of meeting materials, preparation of minutes and the record keeping of actions
- Tracking projects and progress for adherence to schedules
- Completing expense reporting
- Drafting, producing and distributing internal and external documents and correspondence
- Creating and producing PowerPoint slides as required
- Working on confidential projects, as requested

QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience working as a PA
- A bachelor or equivalent level of education is an advantage
- Used to arranging extensive travel
- Used to organising large meetings globally
- Advanced technical knowledge of the Microsoft Office package incl. PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills and relationship building skills
- Business level of English and Swedish is mandatory, as other relevant languages would be an advantage

Futher, you will have an outgoing personality, good networking skills around both internal and external stakeholders.
