We are now looking for a Lounge Manager to join our Arlanda team.
Based in our Stockholm office, you will be operating in a high-paced multinational environment and be responsible for day to day operational performance and assure excellent quality and experience for the customer in our lounges.
Main accountabilities include
Manage the organization of work for the adequate balance between staffing and services
Work closely with Planning department to assure efficient staffing of the lounges
Preparation of budget for the lounges and ensuring an efficient use of financial and material resources
Solve operational problems while ensuring an excellent and smooth day-to-day lounge operations
Develop and propose new strategies for improvement of the lounges and assure implementation
Assure highest quality standards in regards to Service Level Agreements, product delivery, safety/equipment, uniform standards and customer delivery
Identify operational requirements and management of suppliers
Operational reporting on the production of the lounges
Work closely with Commercial team and Station Manager to increase customer portfolio
Develop the current lounge product by active marketing to potential suppliers and customers
Responsible for ordering supplies and maintaining the invoicing system
Implementing measures for effective training and development of department employees
Assure efficient communication and collaboration of the team
Participate in team objectives and relevant projects at the station
Undertake other reasonable duties, as and when deemed necessary



Qualifications and Experience
Relevant university degree, preferably within Hospitality Management, or equivalent knowledge gained through solid work experience
Proven manager experience
Financially and commercially astute
Fluent both in spoken and written Swedish and English
Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills
Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with both the internal and external stakeholders
A positive and flexible attitude
Ability to use initiative and to work independently in a busy environment



Under the Airport Security Act we conduct background record checks on all employees.
Working Hours: Full time
Duration: Permanent (with 6 months' probation)
Start: as per agreement
