Your role in our team
You are a part of our Strategic Communication team, working with a digital mindset with the goal to create a globally, strong and future proof brand. In the role as Loyalty Business Developer, you are the owner of the Lindex loyalty program, you set the strategic direction for the program and drive the development related to it.
We understand that you are curious to know more about the role! Here are some examples of work tasks: drive continuous improvement of Lindex loyalty program, define and implement new solutions for personalized communication, generate improvement suggestions to create a better customer experience and ensure that the customer data is handled in a careful way, always with GDPR in mind. You also take the role as project manager in e.g. pre-study phases and you are part in business development processes.

To succeed in this role, you have a strong interest for customer relations and CRM. Customers experience and business results are always top of mind for you at work. You are analytical, proactive and a team player. Your great project leader skills will be appricated in this role as well as your good presentation skills. You are curious about digital tools and how they can support you and help you to improve your work. You believe in togetherness and you are motivated by the possibility to make an impact. Also, this probably sounds like you:

University degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Social science or similar
Working experience from a position in CRM and retail, where you have acquired business development skills
Work experience of project management, customer insights and roll-out of business solutions, especially projects involving IT development
You have advanced skills in CRM related system such as Adobe campaign or equivalent
Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Meritorious: experience of agile methods
