M3 Financial Application Developer and Team leader

Job Description

We are looking for a financial oriented person who is interested in the position as Financial application developer for our ERP system M3 and also to become Team leader over our Swedish IT-Business Application team. The position is part of Systemair’s global IT organization, where you will be responsible for the financial processes in our ERP system M3. You will manage a team of application experts and become project leader in international application projects. The IT Business application team in Sweden is responsible for the implementation, support and development of the M3 ERP and MS-CRM System within the Systemair group.  

The role involves the ability to understand our processes and convert them into requirements for our applications within the financial area. As Application developer at Systemair you will have the opportunity to influence the development and management of the functions of M3. Within your developer role you will also be part of other teams in which you will be working together with members from subsidiaries and work processes. The positions require travelling to our subsidiaries in other countries.

Main duties and responsibilities will include:


• Team leader for the M3 group in Sweden
• Project leader for ERP & CRM related projects
• M3 financial support
• Development of financial processes within M3
• Education of M3 users


Qualifications and Experience

You have at least five year experience from working with finance (Controller, Accounting manager, Project Leader, ERP consultant or similar) and also possess an accounting degree from university or equivalent experience. You have a good understanding of ERP system and preferably the Finance module. Experience from international ERP implementation projects is an advantage. Previous experience M3 is considered a merit but is not a requirement. You have a commercial understanding and are able to convert that into ERP processes.

As a person you are well organized and have the capability to prioritize. Strong leadership skills and demonstrated ability to teach, coach and persuade in English is required. The role is strategic but you will also work operational in projects. It is also important that you can adapt to different cultures since you will be working in a global environment.
