Meet financial objectives for 2011 . Manage our licensees relationship both on a strategically and a day to day level to make sure we optimize sales potential . Work closely with the Disney organization to ensure that we use our strength to sustain the level of business we have today . Identify and execute new business opportunities with existing licensees and find new ways to market our product and leverages the content on new platforms i.e.Internet, mobile etc..Daily coordination between the licensees and Disney Publishing world wide . Identify new possibilities in the market and have a close dialogue with the Nordic Management team and the Global creative team . Once a year create a 5 year strategic plan and budget .Track and analyze sales performance and market data and refine strategies and forecasts accordingly . Responsibility for the monthly/quarterly reporting (with support from finance) . Manage internal relationships with local and global finance, accounting, legal, corporate credit, brand management, operations and editorial teams in order to ensure the creative and financial success of each licensed program Krav på person Cand.Merc./HD with some years of experience within a marketing/product management function.We are looking for a person that knows the publishing business and digital experience is an advantage.You will be working proactively with our licensees and business partners, from product to development to marketing and retail activities.In your present position you are used to overseeing a business unit and interface with suppliers and/or customers.We expect you to participate in setting the department's vision and strategy while also dealing with day to day operational duties and financial reporting.You are a self starter, a good teamplayer, creative and have an open and positive attitude.You read and write English fluently.Travel days per year: 20-30 days
