Main responsibilities
You will be a part of Nouryons EMEIA asset management team who reports to the Manager of Maintenance and Reliability EMEIA. Your manager is stationed in Arnhem, Netherlands.
You will be working with maintenance and reliability departments at the chemical sites in solving complex challenges. Blending strategic thinking with hands-on practicality. As an expert you work to develop and implement key maintenance and reliability processes and supporting the maintenance and reliability departments at the sites in solving their most critical problems.
You’ll be working with Nouryons Operations practice in our North Sweden locations in Örnsköldsvik, Sundsvall and Alby. Commuting distance is preferred, but your stationing is less important as long as travels is not considered an obstacle. The position might also require frequent travels to other smaller European sites that might fall under your responsibility.
You will work with Nouryon’s design and implementation teams in world class maintenance and reliability processes. You will work with projects related to maintenance and reliability excellence, the related business processes, techniques and approaches. Understanding and use of analytics in maintenance and reliability is a plus. You will work with the practice to develop our people, capabilities and leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree in Technology, Reliability, Quality, Mechanical - Engineering or equivalent.
Experience in maintenance, reliability and asset productivity, preferably as a maintenance or reliability manager using lean and RCM tools and techniques to directly lead change efforts, or in a consulting role, leading initiatives within this space
Experience with Condition Based Monitoring and Predictive Maintenance
Significant expertise in one or more industry sectors, especially industrial chemicals
Demonstrated ability to apply information-driven analytic approaches to solve critical operational questions in a practical manner
Experience leading cross-functional teams, and in-depth of knowledge/defined involvement in helping frame, design and execute solutions for challenging manufacturing situations to meet business needs
Interest in developing a reliability culture through understanding, engagement, and values/beliefs
Team-orientation and collaborative approach; outstanding listening skills and the ability to manage through influence
Comfortable functioning from the shop floor up to the highest levels of client organizations
Excellent presentation skills, including strong verbal and writing capabilities
Passion for capability building and mentorship
