Maintenance Planner to British American Tobacco

About the role
As the Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for planning maintenance at the factory, tracking maintenance costs, and ensuring conformance to production process plans. You will also perform analysis and act on gaps, as well as promote and coach the IWS PM pillar.

The key deliverables of the role include creating and updating maintenance plans in SAP, keeping 90 days visibility of maintenance orders, and tracking PM data and proposing improvements. You act as an owner with focus on costs, structure, and order and lead the improvement of spare parts handling. The placement is at BATs office in Malmö.

The role is a fulltime consultant assignment through Adecco, with a possibility of a takeover directly to BAT after six months. The start is as soon as possible, and the selection process is ongoing, please do not hesitate to send in your application.

About you
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience working in the manufacturing industry, with a preferred former experience of working with procurement and spare parts. Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English is a requirement. Furthermore, you are proficient in both MS Office as well as a stock inventory software, preferable SAP.

As a person you are structured and target-oriented and have a good feeling for order. You have strong interpersonal skills and can bring a service-minded and professional approach when interacting with suppliers as well as internal workers.
