Maintenance Supervisor

Responsible of supervising the maintenance team
Plan daily maintenance to be performed by maintenance team
Plan big overhauls and preventive maintenance to be performed by AL and external resources to provide reliable production
Maintenance supervisor has cooperation with maintenance teams within northern Europe
Compliance to Air Liquide's technical standards and documentation
Managing small investment projects
Continuously develop and improve maintenance processes
Responsible to implement the usage of maintenance tool Maximo


BSc / MSc in engineering (Högskoleingenjör / Civilingenjör)
Experience more than 3 years in maintenance management
Strong communication skills
Self driven working approach organized working style
Willingness to continuously improve work environment
Fluent Swedish and good English skills, both spoken and written
Ability to travel

Surahammar plant is a production plant with 17 employees specialised in operation and maintenance. Production consists of continuous liquid airgas production and hydrogen production.
