Maintenance technician to TGW Group in Strängnäs!

For over 50 years, the Austrian specialist has implemented highly automated systems for customers, who represent many brands, everything from Adidas to Zalando etc. As a system integrator, TGW plans, produces, implements, and realizes complex logistics centers.

We are a rapidly growing company and therefore we are now looking for you, our new maintenance technician, who will be part of our very successful team in the Nordics and work in a fully automated warehouse in Strängnäs.
The site is monitored and maintained by these 3 colleagues between 7 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. on weekdays.

Main responsibilities
As a maintenance technician you will:
- Take ownership of delivering contracted KPIs and SLAs
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated equipment such as shuttles, conveyors and picking stations.
- Ensure that our automation operates at maximum efficiency to meet customer order requirements.
- Attend regular meetings with customers and internal teams to provide updates on automation performance.
- Collaborate with customers to optimize automation performance.
- Support site software commissioning and handover testing.
- Provide assistance for electrical and software systems throughout the installation’s lifecycle.
- Proactively propose improvements to system functionality and layout.

Job Details: Shift Pattern: We offer both morning (07:00 - 15:00) and late (12:00 - 20:30) shifts to suit your schedule.
Language Skills: While basic Swedish is preferred, our company primarily communicates in English. Flexibility in language requirements may be considered based on the situation.
Team Fit: The most critical aspect is finding someone genuinely interested in the job who can seamlessly integrate into our tight-knit team.
Preferred Skills: A background in electrical maintenance and education is key, and experience with PLC (S7) systems is a valuable asset. We appreciate that someone with PLC experience likely has a strong foundation in electrical engineering.
