During 2020 we will be launching a new logistics model for managing sales & returns of our Maintenance Units (MU). These units provide high value to both our customers as well as our Field Service Operations organisation, in regard to securing optimal maintenance execution. The enabling key to be able to provide these units at reduced costs, is that we secure that all used units are returned and refurbished in order to be able to sell them again.
We are looking for a Maintenance Units Return Specialist to join our global team and play a vital role in our success for monitoring and managing the returns for all the 15.000 units we annually sell. You will be responsible for managing & coordinating activities towards a network of people in all four clusters and also towards our 5 global MU-workshops. You will also be responsible for our internal tools used for managing the returns (one web-based tool & one mobile App) including future developments/ improvements to them.
What you will do
In the position you will work with a large dynamic network in a high-paced, international working environment. You will have extensive contact with a large group of people and functions in the central and local organisations. You will also be facing ad-hoc challenges with no predetermined solutions and will have to use your network to find short-term and long-term solutions.
You will focus on:
· Coordinate and work with Customer service teams globally
· Coordinate and work with Services Key Account Managers (SKAM’s) globally
· Coordinate and work with MU workshops
· Coordinate and work with other stakeholders such as: IT, Finance, Parts Supply Chain, etc.
· Develop, improve and drive activities, procedures, guidelines and instructions for the stakeholders within the network, to secure global standards & quality for improving and securing timely returns for all units.
· Generate and provide monthly follow-up for return rates, financial impacts and other KPI’s and perform invoicing.
You will be based in Lund, Sweden and should be able to travel when required.
Who you are
To be successful in this position you need to be a good communicator and have an excellent command in English both written and verbal. You should have good sales & presentation skills. Also, good skills in working with the Microsoft Office package, especially with Power Point & Excel. You must also be experienced in working with customers either from a sales or customer service perspective. Knowledge/ experience in working with warehouse management and/or logistics is an advantage. Experience with the WCM- and Six Sigma –methodologies is a bonus, as is experience hosting/ conducting presentations or training events. If you are fluent in other languages, this is also a benefit in this position.
As a person you are result oriented and can easily and on a detailed level understand workflows and work-stream processes. You can create and execute plans on high and detailed level. You can work independently and together with others towards set goals. You are a team-player and enjoy co-operating with others to solve the work tasks in the most efficient way.
