Our clients are in various industries including banking, telecommunications and insurance.
We are looking for a Managed File Transfer (MFT) Specialist to join our team in Stockholm. You will be working in a team of highly skilled MFT specialists and you will have an opportunity work with some very high profile customers.


Key Skill Requirements:
• Strong problem solving and analysis skills
• Previous experience in Customer Support would be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts
• Knowledge of one or more of the following MFT Products: Globalscape EFT, HelpSystems GoAnywhere MFT and IBM Sterling MFT is nice to have.


Minimum Qualifications:
• A Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment


General Responsibilities:
• Support our MFT customers
• Work in our Managed Services Team to provide MFT Managed Services to our end Customers
