We are looking for a qualified, proactive and accurate Management Assistant, who enjoys supporting business by providing excellent service. The Management Assistant will support our Executive Vice President Finance.Your main responsibilities will include, travel and calendar planning.Maintaining Lotus Notes databases and company Intranet as well as coordinating training programs and business visits.You will be handling documentation of various kinds as well as producing reports.Due to the position, other tasks will follow.You will have extensive communication with our managers world-wide. Requirements Our business is high paced and flexible, so we are looking for a qualified and proactive Management Assistant who enjoys supporting the business by providing excellent service.You have several years of administrative experience.We require fluency in English and Swedish, written & spoken.High proficiency in Lotus Notes, PowerPoint, Word and Excel is essential.We believe that it is beneficial if you have experience from an international environment.You are service minded, self-governed and flexible.
