Management System Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Management System Coordinator to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our passionate quality team based in Skellefteå. By joining us, you will be a key player in establishing company and industry standards compliance and contribute to building one of the first large scale European battery factories.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Plan and execute audits according to audit plan
Audit summary and gap closing monitoring
Closing verification
Support and assistance in external audits as needed
Act as an internal auditor and promote best practices within the organization
Act professional during the audits and keep objectiveness.

Skills & Requirements
We believe that you have :
University degree: Quality/Engineering
Manufacturing background
Automotive industry experience
Must have worked in multicultural environment
Proven competence toward auditing process according to ISO 19011

Bonus points for:
Knowledge of quality management systems, e.g. ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3
****Experience in Core tools, Quality troubleshooting tools and problem-solving methodology
Project management skills
Fluency in other languages (Japanese, Swedish, Chinese, French)
