The Management System Super User (a SharePoint based system called ‘How We Work’) is part of part of the Process Development team and works in close collaboration with the team members.
The How We Work Super User’s prioritized responsibilities is to:
- Administrate the Management System, for example to support updates and changes, create pages, manage permissions for users.
- Training of process owners, process drivers/editors and users of the Management System, including Management System Introduction Training
- Support internal process owners in defining their processes, procedures etc.
- Draw process flows in Visio to the Management System.
Your profile:
Must have:
- University degree within relevant field or applicable experience
- Experience of working in a product development environment or experience of management systems
- Proficiency in English – both written and oral
Nice to have:
- Experience of working with process development
- Knowledge in Microsoft SharePoint
- Knowledge in Microsoft Visio
We believe that you are a highly organized/structured person that are able to manage several tasks/projects simultaneously as well as to independently plan your own work. As this is a roll where you need to be communicative and appreciate a role where you teach and have trainings in front of different kinds of people you also have excellent interpersonal, teamwork skills and communication skills (both written and oral).
Your placement will be in Huskvarna and you will report to the Process Development Manager.
