Hungry to join our Insurance team and become the next Management Trainee, which will get some serious things done for one year and learn so much about Hedvig’s business and culture? The insurance unit’s strategic objectives include: enabling rapid and regular expansion across markets and insurance products, developing new insurance products, and improving existing ones, ensuring that the company operates and scales with high confidence in its risk management, legal compliance, and reporting. Your mission is to plan and execute cross-functional projects within these areas to increase the speed, quality, and efficiency of Hedvig.

You may have a few years of experience, or maybe you just graduated. If you have experience within Legal, Insurance, or Fintech/Insurtech that is a high bonus.



What about the role?
Partner directly with one of our co-founders and the insurance leadership team to project plans and manage the execution of cross-functional projects while driving efficiency and productivity
Identifying and leading teams towards the vision of ongoing projects with high alignment and engagement
Identifying dependencies between processes, projects, and units and communicate impact towards appropriate Hedvigers.
Streamlining and organize team processes, making sure things get done, and continuously suggesting improvements for how we do them
Taking point on our quarterly OKR process by supporting the Insurance Leadership team ways of working by running OKR planning meetings, taking notes, following up on questions and dependencies, and ensuring team plans are finalized on time.
