Volvo Construction Equipment Technology in Eskilstuna is looking for a: Manager Cab The Volvo Construction Equipment Technology function manages a world wide construction equipment technology organization with over 1 500 engineers, technologist, designers and other colleagues. As Manager Cab you will manage a group of engineers in Eskilstuna working with cabs for the complete Volvo Construction Equipment product range. Some of the most important purposes of the job are to develop methods, tools and people (skills and competencies) in order to efficiently perform project work within Product Maintenance, Advanced Engineering and Tactical- and Strategic Projects. The position requires travelling up to 20% Main Tasks: Lead design and development activities in Eskilstuna within the cab area Develop people (competencies and skills) and routines Develop global methods, tools and design guide lines Constantly strive for increased commonality in terms of parts, systems, methods and tools Be part of the global Cab and Exterior management Team Requirements: M.Sc. 12+ years experience in product development, primarily within the area of cab 8+ years of experience in engineering management Experience participating in global teams is desirable Spoken and written English, Swedish Please submit your CV in English.
