Manager Electronic Test

Are you ready for a new challenge, within an organization characterized by loads of drive and expertise? We are looking for a leader with production experience, and skills in working with complex manufacturing of highly advanced products.



Your role

You will play a major role in setting and improving efficient ways of working in the line organization, where continuous improvements are a natural part in every day work.

Your responsibility will include a team of 15 Test Engineers, varying from PCBA-testing to advanced system testing and fault finding. You will be part of a broad management team, consisting of 7 production managers.

Main tasks:

* Empower and lead your employees through value driven leadership
* Responsible for cost center budget and result
* Secure and strengthen our ability to influence the design of new products
* Responsible for optimization and development of processes, methods and tools related to your area of responsibility

Your profile

In order to succeed in this role you are preferably a driven individual with good people skills and with great capability to learn new things. Strategic and analytical skills are very important, and also to be able to develop a plan toward strategic goals and to execute and communicate it with desired results. You have documented problem solving and change management skills. As a person we believe you to be curious, structured and with a deep desire to affect your surroundings and in a positive way.

We believe that you have:

* Technical college degree or similar
* Experience from work with integrated systems, product manager or similar
* Experience from working with test development and/or integration
* Minimum one year of documented leadership experience
* Excellent skill in written and spoken form in Swedish and English



This position requires that you will be approved in a security screening in accordance with the Swedish Protective Security Act.

Within the manufacturing organization, as part of the Sourcing & Production organization, there are several sections including Assembly (Mechanical and Electrical), Electronic test and Magnetron. The product portfolio is recognized by very low volume and very high mix which carries implications within the organization. The test section is responsible for supplying test competence and maintaining test capability (infrastructure and competence) for mainly products used within Electronic Warfare. From a technology perspective the products relies heavily on Microwave and fast paced electronics with extreme specifications.
