Main work tasks
Be the driving force to build the new organization together with the Logistic and Customer staff. Responsible to manage and develop:
Supply Chain Strategies
Working Capital Management Processes
CTEK?s Global Customer Operations
You will also:
Be active in the day to day business
Manage execution of plans and strategies
Be part of the transformation of the Operations organization
Be a member of the Operations management team
You?ll report to COO and you?ll have approximately 7 reporting staff in your team.
Your profile
You have excellent skills in:
Supply chain management and customer care
Experience working with ERP & CRM Systems
People management and leadership in a multi-national environment
Relationship and stakeholder management
Fluent in English (verbal and written), any Nordic and other Languages are a plus
Programme and project management is a plus
You have experience from working in an International Manufacturing Organization with supporting Operational Excellence Processes, a proven track record in delivering complex projects and negotiations. You have experience from working with efficiency improvements and automation of processes within Supply Chain and Customer Care.
We believe that you have a University degree in Engineering or Economics/Business Administration, specialization in Supply Chain Management/Logistics is a plus. Relevant experience can compensate for education.
As a person you are solution oriented, service minded and a strong communicator. You believe that collaboration with people in other organizational units is the key to successful performance.
