We are looking for a manager for IT-Systems in HVDC Control & Protection. This is a role with many interfaces and interesting work tasks. If you are interested in this opportunity, welcome with your application!
Your responsibilities
Leading a skilled team of IT-System engineers in the daily work, as well as creating a compelling vision ahead
Taking ownership of developing the team’s work processes
The work entails occasional trips globally and you will collaborate with development engineers, designers and customers in Sweden and abroad

Your background
You hold at least a B.Sc. preferably in a suitable technology field
Strong technical background within software development or electric power transmission
Experience from managing people is highly qualifying and so is experience in industrial projects and knowledge of industrial control systems
Since we work in an international environment you need to master spoken and written English
As a person you have a passion for people and technology, are strong in decision making and have the right inner drive to take on full responsibility for your scope and deliver on time in a dynamic environment
You are a genuine team player that seeks and enjoys collaboration with peers and partners
