IKEA IT, Operations, is now looking for a Manager to a Service Level Fulfillment team responsible for Network and Communication. The position has fully global responsibility and accountability for the issues regarding IT services for the IKEA Business Supporting process for the area in question. We are looking for you who are a forceful creative, innovative entrepreneur with a holistic view and excellent business understanding. We assume that you are willing and capable of taking the full responsibility for "Delivery of Services" to the business and focuses on user satisfaction. The main task of this job is to secure all operational support the business needs in order to run their business process. Your task will also be to manage, control and steer the complete IT Operations commitment (end to end) for IKEA Business Supporting process and to act as a single point of contact for IKEA IT in issues regarding IT Operations for that specific service area. Assignment You will be fully responsible for a global delivery team consisting of Service Responsible and/or Launch coordinator. You are responsible for securing the service and support for running IT services within the area in question, according to agreed Service Level Agreement/Service Specification and costs to meet the user expectation. You will follow up and be followed up upon Service Level Fulfillment globally. uide new services through Verification and pilot period into global production. ou will have full responsibility for delivery and authorization to represent IT Operations for the specific IT Services through the BSM role. Fully authorized to sign on behalf of IT Operations for the IT Service in question. Fully authorized to accept or refuse IT Services being deployed into production for the area in question. As a Manager you are responsible for a team function consisting of 4-8 co-workers globally. Therefore, it will be important to take an active role in realizing the Human Resource Idea by attract, develop and inspire your co-workers. Competence Knowledge . Documented solid leadership experience, very high spirit of enterprise and broad business understanding . Degree or equivalent experience. . Fluent in English - spoken and written. . Excellent communication skills and great coaching skills Qualifying . Knowledge about IKEA IT mission, strategy, organization and the IKEA IT processes . Knowledge about IKEA IT common processes and how this influences the workflow within own team and department. In the role you need to: .
