About the job

We are increasing our efforts to support and develop our channel business in the food and pharma industries. In doing so, we grow our channel team and now we are looking for a business focused people’s person to lead. In this role you and your team will drive and support the global channel business for Food Heat Transfer, in close cooperation with our colleagues in the sales companies around the world. The team works with a number of different types of heat exchangers in multiple markets. This requires different strategies and tactics to be applied, based on the different growth opportunities. Like all kinds of business, working with distributors and integrators has its own traits. A large part of the value we bring to these customers reach beyond the hardware. Most of this team’s contribution to our business is about working with these values, making it easy and attractive to work with the Food Heat Transfer portfolio. The position is based in Lund, Sweden.

Key responsibilities
* Strategically and operationally leading and supporting the team of today 4 people, to grow our global channel business
* Securing channels’ commitment to increase capabilities and efforts to sell heat exchangers
* Together with other stakeholders in the division, continue the development of channel programmes
* Create winning strategies and secure commitment from internal and external stake holders to help executing the plans
* Support and coach Sales Companies around the world in their work with established and new channels

What you know
* Minimum 5 years of documented success in channel business development
* Experience from an international business environment
* You have lead people before, formally, or informally
