Swedbank Markets is Swedbank's investment banking arm, whose main areas of operations include securities trading, interest rate and currency trading, trade finance, corporate finance, as well as project, export and corporate financing.Swedbank Markets is also responsible for some of the bank's foreign operations.Swedbank Markets is recruiting a manager (gruppchef) for the Fixed IncomeBack Office, a group which is included in the FX and Fixed Income department.The manager will represent Swedbank both internally and externally.[We are looking for a person with: * Good leadership experience * Good knowledge of clearing and settlement of securities. * The ability to lead and develop the group and the business activity including projects * Good knowledge in both written and spoken English and Swedish * The ability to be proactive[ and strategic in our work to improve quality Your primary duties will be: * Supporting manager for the group consisting of 10 people * Organize the work flow * Support and take an active part in the daily process * Cost and Budget control * Setting goals and follow-ups * Follow internal and external developments o in regulatory authorities o with competitors o in the financial industry Please log your application on,www.assessio.se/rekrytering,no later then 1 November.
