Manager Head of Business Control

We are currently looking for Experienced Business controllers to one of our international clients in Eskilstuna.

In this demanding but exciting and developing position, you report to the Director of the Distribution Center

As the Head of Business Control you will have the local responsibility for the performance and development of the controlling function. You will have an interface to the Controlling function in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) and Company Global Business Services (GBS). You will be a manager for business control team with 5 employees.


The main tasks for this position are:

• Lead and manage the Business Control function

• Drive budgeting and forecasting process

• Financial follow up and analysis

• Analyses and follow up Key Performance Indicators to support organization and projects to reach their targets

• Drive improvements of the company ways of working

• Prepare decision material for ad hoc business questions and monthly business review material. Prepare and follow up investment

request.

Din bakgrund

• We preffer University Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent gained by documented work experience

• Fluent spoken and written English skills are mandatory

• Knowledge in Swedish is an advantage

• Min. 3 years of management experience
• Experienced within business control process

• Experience in SAP and Microsoft office - Advanced level in Excel (pivot table, formulas)

• Analytical skills

• Good communication skills
