From our new Asset IT unit, we will deliver specialized IT solutions to support Vattenfall in the
unification of asset digitalization. Asset IT will be the contact (SPOC) for all IT deliveries to
Wind, Heat, Distribution, Hydro and Nordic Services. We are now looking for a
 
Manager of IT Distribution Solutions
 
…that will be the contact (SPOC) for all IT deliveries to Distribution Sweden and Services Nordic, as well as manage a delivery team in the area of Workforce Management and business specific applications for Vattenfall Eldistribution and Vattenfall Vattenkraft. You will streamline and optimize the quality and speed of the IT application deliveries end2end through our organization. You will report to the Manager of IT Distribution, Nordic Services and Hydro.
 
We are looking for
An experienced Manager, with a will and skill set to lead and motivate employees and other
stakeholders in times of change and sometimes conflicting interests. You have proven to be an excellent leader and you will naturally align with Vattenfall’s’ leadership focus areas Connect people, Accelerate learning and Drive innovation.
 
Main tasks & responsibilities
Act as counterpart for Business Information Officers (BIOs) and business area manager(s) of Distribution Sweden & Services Nordic with a focus on partnering up and ensuring regular and close cooperation on multiple levels
Facilitative leadership, develop competencies, coach team members, drive performance and feedback cultur
Drive cooperation with other IT units to ensure a lean maintenance organization and successful end2end deliveries
Drive innovation, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing inside and outside IT
Attract and retain digital talent
Responsible for the overall coordination of the project portfolio and SLA’s within your organization responsibility
Secure total cost of ownership in line with business value
Secure compliance with security standards
Work with BIO’s and business area managers to secure IT budget planning and prioritization, IT target landscape, roadmaps and IT application architecture.

 
You as a person
You have an inspiring personality and a passion to motivate, energize and drive performance with the team. You are furthermore strong in communication, collaboration and have a true ability to bring people together both internally in your own team as well as external partners and stakeholders.
 
Qualifications
• A relevant university degree and preferably over 3 years of managerial experience in a similar role, in a complex, international environment.
• You have broad experience in business processes and IT solutions, preferably in the area of production & energy distribution.
• Agile leadership and LEAN knowledge and skills
• Fluent in written Swedish and English
• A willingness to travel
