LensWay/LensLogistics is looking for a Manager of Strategic Contracts Key Responsibilities In this strategic role you will assume an all-embracing focus on the company's major and minor contracts and negotiations; including supplier contracts, legal conflicts and strategic partnership. Your responsibility includes various types of on-going and new contracts and you will work closely with the managing team.Strategic counseling as well as controlling and managing correct contract execution is among your main duties.You will establish, negotiate and administer routine and complex contracts and one of your main goals will be to develop and support the organization and its managers in the art of law and negotiation.The role includes interface with internal as well as external parts and potential for global contracts. You will have a large impact on the strategic long term development of contracts and negotiation at LensLogistics and a great potential to make a contribution to our continuing success.You will report to the CEO. Professional skill requirements You have a law degree and extensive knowledge in contract law.You have a minimum of 4 years working experience and a proven track record from managing juridical and strategic parts of contracting.Preferentially you have experiences from stock exchange listed companies.Excellent working knowledge in Swedish as well as English is a requirement.Perfect computer and MS Office skills are also essential. Personal requirements You have excellent communication and people skills.You are analytical, detail oriented, proactive, and flexible.Additionally you are a self motivated and humble co-worker as well as a talented and fearless negotiator.
