Manager Project Control

Your role

You will be leading, driving and developing our department of Project Controllers on their path to strengthening the project performance, delivering results while developing the function and people to make them ready for the next step in Dynamics and Saab Finance Community.

Your skills and experience

To be able to work independently in this role, we expect you to have a number of years of experience in the finance area, preferably in a project-oriented organization. You are used to supporting the business in several areas and willing to walk an extra mile to get things done.

You may have experience from projects from the controlling perspective and you are used to working with stakeholders from various functions. Experience from leading others is positive.

You have good general knowledge of Finance and ERP systems and you are comfortable in the written and spoken English. Moreover, you are performance orientated, service minded and you always strive for quality and structure.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.

What you will be a part of

Dynamics is a business area within Saab that offers support weapons, missiles, torpedoes, sensors, unmanned underwater vehicles, camouflage systems and defense market training systems. The product portfolio also includes products for the civil security market, such as remote controlled underwater vessels for the oil industry and nuclear power plants.

You will be a part of the Dynamics finance function that are located at our main operations sites and reporting to the Business Area CFO. You will have direct reports located in Linköping and Karlskoga and certain travel will be necessary.
