About the jobThe Project Portfolio function is a vital component for Alfa Laval organised in Corporate IT, with global resposibility for IT Project Deliveries and IT Project Managers. To continue to develop its capabilities we are now searching for a Manager with energy and passion to develop the team and function into the future.
You are expected to handle the project portfolios’ challenges in a swiftly manner, with the ability to deliver in a complex global organisation.

Lead and develop a team of approx. 10 project managers.
Own and develop a project portfolio including around 50 projects, supporting project managers with methodologies, standards and tools.
Be a part of and contribute to the CIT extended Management Team.
Ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with stakeholder expectations and decisions taken.
Collaborate and establish close relationships with business and IT stakeholders.

The position is based in Lund.
Who are you?

A leader in all senses with energy and passion for leading others, driving change, networking and showing decisiveness in execution.
> 5 years’ experience of project management in a global environment, with a good business acumen.
> 2 years’ experience of leading people.
Expertise in Project Portfolio management.
High competence in project management methodologies, processes and tools.
University degree
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish.
