Manage and develop the technical support team WLO L60-L350 within Global Technical Support Owns and manage the competencies and resources.Providing technical support to regions and dealers in all markets for dedicated products. Driving specific project within Global Technical Support related to DtR process.

?Secure calculation and forecast of CAS for PU and Campaigns acc to CAS calendar
?Secure regular communication towards region on all ongoing tech support issues Technical content in Service bulletin
?Campaign coordinator team leader

Education:
?Technical or equal on bachelor level
?Experience in service and support function
?Experience working in global teams desirable
