Manufacturing Engineer Malmö

Work assignment: Initiate and run Cost & Productivity improvement projects Perform time studies and other analysis as basis for improvement projects. Traditional Manufacturing Engineering tasks related to New Product Industrialization.Work with Production layout and flow optimization. Education/Qualifications: BSc, MSc or equivalent engineering degree Fluent in English required both oral and written Be experienced in Lean Manufacturing Have extensive experience with continuous improvement activities (includes demonstrated success in identifying and eliminating non-value added work) Ability to develop Lean work processes Have good experience working with line layouts, line balancing and material flow.Experience developing work instructions.Ability to understand and adhere to regulatory requirements such as (MID, ATEX and ISO9001).Ability to make presentations to management and develop cost justifications for capital requirements.Experience with Six Sigma or other statistical analysis tool is considered as a merit. Personality: You should have good people skills, be a team player, goal oriented and have the ability to lead a team in different project.Experience is considered as a merit Project employment, 18 months with a possible extension.
