We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Excellence Manager to join our dynamic and ambitious team located anywhere near our manufacturing sites across Europe. We will also consider any strong candidate from all EU countries.
The Manufacturing Excellence Manager is committed to drive the company by leveraging Manufacturing practices to improve business results in a continuous and sustainable manner through Lean implementation.
This individual promotes process-based problem solving, daily management and continuous improvement in all aspects of the company. The MEM provides technical Support to the Mölnlycke production sites + other sites on ad hoc base while implementing the Continuous Improvement Strategy (Molnlycke Production System).

Your responsibilities:
To guarantee appropriate KPI update, visualization and follow up
To foster problem solving culture starting from performances review process (Daily control) at each organizational level (train/coach/challenge/follow up)
To foster and role model Lean Leadership
To take part as requested to the E2E Value Stream Analysis process (together with local Manufacturing Excellence Managers).
To coordinate/support/physically implement and follow up designated sites’ improvement activities (kaizen) and projects
To remain up to date in term of Lean Thinking and methodologies
To make the best use of the Molnlycke Production System framework and to contribute to its development
To participate in best practice sharing network within the Global Organization
To develop Standardized Work Culture’s understanding and diffusion
To actively contribute keeping Manufacturing Capabilities framework up to date (coordinate the overall project)
To provide specific knowledge via coaching and training (as much as possible on the job) to key site’s stakeholders (and generally to anyone in the organization need to be involved)
To maintain strong connection with the shopfloor (be visible and available, be engaged where value is created)

Qualifications:
Preferred Engineering or equivalent background
Manufacturing related experiences (exposure to shopfloor working environment)
Leadership roles experience (teams’ lead)
Change Management experience
Lean Activities/Projects Management experience
English (written/spoken) proficiency


The role requires frequent travelling, up to 50% approx. of time.
