Manufacturing Launch Manager

Northvolt has exciting an exciting job offer for a Manufacturing Launch Manager to join our passionate team in Skellefteå.
In joining us you will play an important part from the very start in building one of the first large scale European battery factories and contribute to the transformation to a carbon-free society.
As a Manufacturing Launch Manager you will:
Guarantee a smooth production launch of all manufacturing processes
Represent Manufacturing in the Northvolt program structure
Represent Manufacturing in customer launch meetings
Daily reports: production plans, production output vs target, Downtime analysis and connected actions.
Manufacturing reporting: ramp-up, qualification, training, maintenance status, material status,
(Base material expected to be coming from other functions. Experts to be called in when needed, like engineering and production managers)
Prepare and follow up manufacturing launch



You are an enthusiastic learner who takes ownership and responsibility for tasks and are eager to collaborate to achieve great results. You have a background in modern Operations Management principles such as Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma. Previously you will have had firsthand experience in launching production lines, developing new methods, tools, and processes in dynamic and fast-changing environments. In general, you have a collaborative spirit, and you are eager to contribute to building great end-results.
You are a team player with a passion for people, projects, strongly goal-oriented, curious and eager to learn. Full-time employment, fixed salary.
