Market Analyst


We are looking for a replacement for our Market Analyst that is responsible for Market Intelligence for the Husqvarna Group.
The position is open immediately, but time limited to approximately 12 months.
The Market Analyst is a part of the Marketing Department at the Head Office in Huskvarna.


Responsibilities
Market Intelligence

.To administrate, analyse and communicate market information consisting of market sizes, market shares and trends.
.To support the business within market research by providing market research guidelines and analysis in particular related to brand awareness and perception.
.To survey major competitors and to communicate information relevant to competitor strategies to key persons in the organisation.
.To survey and analyse market prices and pricing trends.To recommend actions and pricing adjustments.

The Market Analyst works independently but is in daily contact with a variety of people in the organisation in order to collect and disseminate market information.

The Market Analyst reports to the Group Brand and Marketing SVP.


Desired Profile
.University degree
.A minimum of 4 years of work experience in market analysis
.In-depth knowledge of market research and market intelligence including quantitative/qualitative analysis, market forecasting, pricing and competitor analysis
.Fluency in Swedish and English
.A self-motivated person with an outgoing personality with the ability to create professional relationships
